Refunds and Returns
Refund Policy
- We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Requesting a Return
- To start a return, contact us at online@lamoreliving.com.
- Once your return is accepted, we’ll:
- Arrange for our drivers to collect the item.
- Provide a date and time of collection.
- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
- Contact us immediately if the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
- We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want:
- Return the item you have.
- Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please remember:
- It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Restocking Fee:
- Once we have received your product, we will process your refund with a charge of £100 for restocking the item.
- If we haven’t received your bed and require a refund, there will be a £50 fee for the order.
- All refunds are processed within 7 days.
- The refund will be returned to the card used to pay for security reasons.
Failed Deliveries
- After providing you with a 4-hour delivery slot, if you are unable to accept the delivery:
- We reserve the right to charge a fee of £60 for redelivery.
- All redeliveries will respect our schedule and availability in your area.
Returns Process
- Every product we manufacture is checked carefully before delivery.
- We want you to feel safe and supported.
- We only accept returns that are:
- Faulty or incorrect, as we can't accept returns for items made to order.
- If we have accepted the return:
- You don’t have to disassemble the bed; leave that to our team.
- We will confirm a collection date with you, and a day before collection, we will give you a 4-hour slot.
