Refunds and Returns

Refund Policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
    • It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Requesting a Return

  • To start a return, contact us at online@lamoreliving.com.
  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll:
    • Arrange for our drivers to collect the item.
    • Provide a date and time of collection.
  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is:
    • Defective
    • Damaged
    • Incorrect (wrong item received)
  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want:
    • Return the item you have.
    • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please remember:
    • It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Restocking Fee:
    • Once we have received your product, we will process your refund with a charge of £100 for restocking the item.
  • If we haven’t received your bed and require a refund, there will be a £50 fee for the order.
  • All refunds are processed within 7 days.
  • The refund will be returned to the card used to pay for security reasons.

Failed Deliveries

  • After providing you with a 4-hour delivery slot, if you are unable to accept the delivery:
    • We reserve the right to charge a fee of £60 for redelivery.
    • All redeliveries will respect our schedule and availability in your area.

Returns Process

  • Every product we manufacture is checked carefully before delivery.
  • We want you to feel safe and supported.
  • We only accept returns that are:
    • Faulty or incorrect, as we can't accept returns for items made to order.
  • If we have accepted the return:
    • You don’t have to disassemble the bed; leave that to our team.
    • We will confirm a collection date with you, and a day before collection, we will give you a 4-hour slot.
